Drexel University does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its educational, extracurricular, athletic or other programs, or in the context of employment. Sexual harassment is a form of sex discrimination prohibited by Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which provides:
No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance.
The University’s obligation under Title IX not to discriminate on the basis of sex extends not only to current students and employees, but also to applicants for admission and employment.
On this page are links to resources that will help you access confidential resources; seek medical attention; and make a report to the University. We welcome visitors to our site to reach out to us for assistance by phone, by email, or by stopping by to see us in person, and we thank allies and supporters for helping keep our campus safe.

The incident reporting form is Civil Rights Compliance's preferred and primary method for receiving reports. Using this form ensures that Civil Rights Compliance has the most secure and complete information necessary to make informed decisions concerning report response and the health and safety of impacted individuals and our Drexel community. However, if for some reason you are unable to submit the report, please contact Civil Rights Compliance by phone (215.895.1405) or email (civilrights@drexel.edu) to relay your report or to gather additional information about reporting.
Reporting parties will not be contacted or updated after a report is received unless additional information or clarification is required. Civil Rights Compliance takes privacy very seriously and only shares information on a need-to-know basis. Anyone named in a report can learn more about their options, rights, privacy, confidentiality and resources by reviewing the Notice of Rights and Options [PDF].
If you are a mandated reporter, please refer to the Mandated Reporting at Drexel University guide [PDF] for information about your responsibilities, on-campus and off-campus resources, and conversational suggestions with a student or colleague in need.
