As announced recently to the University community, to comply with Drexel’s voluntary, legally binding resolution agreement with the Office for Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education, the University is required to have all faculty, professional staff and students complete a new online training module on the recently updated CR-1 (formerly EIC-1) Policy on Prohibited Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation.
Completion of this training is due by March 7, 2025. It is mandatory that this training is completed within the specified timeframe.
- Students: Complete the training via SharePoint.
- Benefit-eligible faculty and professional staff: Complete the training via Career Pathway. (You should have received an automated message from Career Pathway to your Drexel email account when the module launched on Feb. 3, and the training can also be found on the Career Pathway homepage in Your Transcript.)
- Non-benefit eligible faculty and staff who do not have access to Career Pathway: Complete the training via SharePoint.
Please take the time to complete this mandatory training as soon as possible, and no later than March 7. If you have specific questions about the content of this training, please contact civilrights@drexel.edu.
