Make a Difference During Spring Move-Out: Donate with Rego and Habitat for Humanity ReStore
As the academic year wraps up, Drexel University is making it easier than ever for off-campus students in University City to give back while moving out.

This spring, Drexel has partnered with Rego and Habitat for Humanity ReStore of Philadelphia to help students donate gently used items instead of sending them to the landfill.
Whether you're parting with clothes, furniture, or electronics like TVs and laptops, consider donating them to support sustainability and community development.
How to Donate with Rego
Donating is simple and convenient:
- Visit Rego’s website – Click here to create an account or log in.
- Schedule a pickup – Choose a date that works for you.
- Set your items outside – On the scheduled day, place your donations outside for easy pickup by the Rego team.
What Happens to Your Donations?
- Furniture (couches, chairs, dressers, etc.) will be donated to Habitat for Humanity ReStore , a nonprofit home improvement store that sells affordable furniture, building materials, and home décor.
- Clothing and electronics will be responsibly recycled or reused through Rego’s network.
By donating, you’re not only decluttering—you’re helping reduce waste and supporting local families and housing initiatives.
