Introducing New Partnerships for Official University Store and Course Materials
Drexel Business Services is thrilled to announce new partnerships for official campus store and course materials services. After a successful competitive bid process, we have selected Rally House as our Official University Store partner and eCampus for course material delivery.
Rally House will manage the physical store at 33rd and Chestnut Streets. As the Official University Store, Rally House at Drexel will offer Drexel-branded apparel, Philadelphia sports team gear, and gifts. Shop in person, or online for in-store pick-up or delivery.
eCampus will be the online bookstore provider. Students will enjoy a wide variety of affordable textbook options, including new, used, rental and digital formats, open educational resources, and access to its peer-to-peer marketplace. Teaching faculty will have access to eCampus’s advanced course material adoption platform, simplifying the selection process with real-time pricing and availability insights.
Key Dates:
- June 2025: Barnes & Noble College will close its physical bookstore at 33rd and Chestnut Streets in late June after Commencement. The store will remain closed through July and reopen as Rally House at Drexel University for a soft opening in August, ahead of the fall term.
- Summer 2025 Quarter: The deadline for teaching faculty to submit course adoptions for summer 2025 was May 23. Late adoptions must be submitted as soon as possible in the Barnes & Noble Adoptions Portal accessible through DrexelOne on the Faculty tab. Summer 2025 will be the final adoption processed through the Barnes & Noble Adoptions portal.
- Students enrolled in summer 2025 quarter courses will receive instructions from eCampus on how to order their materials for on-campus pickup or home delivery.
- Fall 2025 Semester and Quarter: Additional information will be shared early summer. Faculty interested in participating in a pilot of the eCampus adoptions platform may emaildbs@drexel.edu.
Thank you to all departments, schools and colleges who participated in the RFP process. We are committed to a smooth transition.
